How to pay

First read attentively about a free letter option - to make certain that you do everything correctly. Just choose any lady (or ladies), check her personal page (profile) and send her a letter right from there. Then we contact the lady (reach her by phone) and if she is interested in correspondence with you she will send you a reply. It is absolutely FREE for you. And you may write as many free letters (1 for each woman) as you want. To write the second letter to each lady you should order her contact and send us the e-mail with a lady's code(s). After that you get her reply with her own e-mail account and go on further correspondence.

If after your 1-st letter a lady is NOT interested in writing back then we will send you an appropriate note by e-mail within 1 week and you will try to send a letter to another lady also free of charge. And so on till you find mutual interest.

If the lady showed her interest, you bought her address and after that for some reasons lady does not reply to you again, then please contact us and we will help to clear up the issue. In case we learn that the lady does not want to correspond with you further, you will be informed about that and offered the contact of any other lady (or ladies) from our site free of charge.

Free letter option

You are enabled to send your FIRST letter to any lady (or ladies) for FREE. Please keep in mind that to go on corresponding you will have to pay for each address. Important: we accept only letters which are more or less descriptive. Please remember that if we get a note like: "hi babe i am john and i would love to know you" we will not give it to a lady. Our service is for serious marriage-minded people only and we will not bother our ladies with insignificant notes, since they are waiting for letters from the men with serious intentions.

We highly recommend to attach your picture to the first letter. To avoid any problems with opening your picture we advise to make it in JPG or GIF format.

Important: if you send several free letters to different ladies at once than please attach your picture ONLY to the first letter since all the free letters go to one and the same address - freeletter@siberianbrides.com and there is no need to attach your picture to each one.

You can send a free letter either from the lady's personal page (profile) or right from here putting a lady's name and her code as a Subject of the letter. E.g. "Maria Ivanova - code#999".

Golden Membership

Golden Membership at "Siberian Brides" web-site allows you to get as many ladies' e-mail and postal addresses and to contact as many ladies as you would like for the period of 1 year. You should pay for Golden Membership and send us e-mail with a list of your favored ladies' codes so that we could forward you their contacts. You are permitted to send us the orders for more contacts later (during the period of your membership). Please put "Golden Membership" as a Subject of your e-mail.

Correspondence

Most of the ladies from our gallery don't have their own access to Internet and can send and receive e-mail only via our dating agency.

When you order a lady's contact you get both her e-mail address and her postal address. E-mail address means a mail-box that a lady uses at our dating agency. We reach a lady by phone every time she gets a letter. Typing, printing, sending and receiving of letters - "correspondence services" - can be paid at our agency by either party - by you or by a lady you are corresponding with. The same thing is with the translation of letters. If a lady doesn't speak foreign language good enough to write letters then the translation services can be paid either by you or by her.

Please keep in mind that it is NOT obligatory for you to pay for e-mail services or translations. Especially if you are not sure about lady's foreign language level and whether she uses our e-mail services or has her own access to Internet e.g. from her work. If you find out that a lady has to pay for e-mail and translation services then it is for you to decide: to help her financially in this matter or not. If you are still hesitant, you can always get an opinion from our agency before making the decision, just send email to info@siberianbrides.com with your request.

Flowers and gifts delivery

Flowers for Russian women (especially roses) are the sign of a man's affection to her. If you want to make a nice surprise for your special lady you can order the delivery of a lovely bunch of roses. Please note that it is customary in Russia to give an odd number of flowers to a person (3, 5, 7, 9, etc). By us you can either order just arranged flowers with your message or attach to them also a box of chocolates or other items offered by "Siberian Brides" on-line shop.

We also accept orders for flowers and gifts delivery to any other people living in Novosibirsk, e.g. your friends, acquaintances, etc.

While ordering please put the exact address of a person in the Other notes or instructions field. If it is a lady from our agency then you can put just your lady's code, e.g.: "For Maria Ivanova (code #999)". Make sure that your own address is to be put in the SHIPPING ADDRESS field.

We will gladly deliver your gift with your message to a person mentioned on the next day after your order is processed. And you will be notified by e-mail when your surprise reaches its destination.

The arrangement of the flowers, translation of your message and delivery of all the gifts are included in the cost.

The new international airport of Novosibirsk provides convenient access to the city from virtually all continents. That is why visiting our city and namely, your special Siberian lady is more than possible.

You can plan your meeting with several ladies beforehand while corresponding with them. But if it happens so that you come here to meet these ladies and for some reasons you are not satisfied with your dates, then we will help you to arrange meetings with other ladies. You will not be additionally charged for this service.

"Siberian Brides" Love tour lasts for 7 days. If you wish to stay for longer time - then you should discuss this matter with us in advance. The tour costs USD 700 and includes:

- search of the appartment or hotel reservation (you will be provided with the list of the hotels)

- meeting at the airport

- airport-hotel-airport transfer

- interpreter at your disposal from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m. (other time - negotiable)

- overall city-tour with English-speaking guide

- planning of excursion program and other instructions

- personalized search for the new dates (upon your request)

This cost does not include:

- visa expenses

- flight

- accommodation at the hotel or appartment (hotel: USD 20-80 per night, 1 room appartment: USD 30-50 per night)

- daily transportation expenses (taxi service in Novosibirsk: about USD 4 per hour).

The terms:

- You should contact us at least 1 month prior to your arrival in Novosibirsk (being certain that you will have visa by that time).

- Your passport has to be valid at least six months beyond the date of the end of the tour.

- 30% of the amount is due to be paid upon booking the tour. The remaining 70% is to be paid not later then 2 weeks before your arrival.

How to pay

We offer 3 ways of payment to our clients. Please choose the most convenient method for you.

1. On-line payment by credit card. This is the fastest way of payment and we will process your order on the next BUSINESS day after the money is transferred. The total sum of the order which will be paid by credit card on-line should not exceed $100.

2. Payment by check. Please send a check to the following address:

This way of payment may take several days. The order is processed on the day when we are notified that your check had arrived. The total sum of the order which will be paid by check should not exceed $100.

3. If the total sum of your order exceeds $100 then we will accept only Western Union transfer from you. Before doing this send us your request by e-mail with a Subject "Western Union Transfer" and we will send you the necessary data and further instructions.

In this case we will process your order right after getting your money by your control number.
